Identify Problems

We first determine what's wrong with your car. We take driver input and mix that with our wealth of experience and state of the art diagnostic equipment.

Test/ Road Test

To ensure customer safety and satisfaction, we do several tests on the vehicle to determine if everything is working as it should. This may require a short test drive around the area.

Deliver/ Turn Over Car

After passing our own test procedures, vehicle then is given a thorough check up making sure that washer fluids are full, windshield wipers are in good condition, all lights are functioning and tire pressures are checked.

Start Servicing

After determining the actual cause of the problem, we then proceed to servicing the vehicle. Owner will always be informed prior to doing work in case of additional work not listed in the signed job order.
